How the monthly visit works

  1. 01

    Agree on the list

We set a base checklist together: filters, softener salt, smoke detectors, doorknobs, bulbs, or whatever your home needs most.

  2. 02

    About an hour, each month

The same routine tasks get handled on a regular schedule, so they stop piling up.

  3. 03

    Room for small extras

A loose cabinet hinge or a sticky door can often fit into the visit. Bigger jobs get their own estimate first.

Small carpentry and finish-trim repairs

Our handyman carpentry work focuses on the small repairs in an existing home—not a full remodel. Send a wider view and a close-up so we can see the trim profile, material and surrounding area.

Help for seniors aging in place

Small changes can make a home easier to live in for years. Adult children often reach out on behalf of a parent; that is welcome, just tell us in the form.

Common questions

Is this service for small finish carpentry jobs?+

Yes. The focus is existing trim, baseboards, molding and small wood repairs. Share your photos and dimensions so we can confirm the work fits our handyman scope rather than a larger construction project.

Can you match my existing trim?+

We need to see the profile and dimensions before discussing a match. A spare piece can help. We cannot guarantee an exact match or the extent of hidden wood damage from a photo alone.

What does the $99 monthly visit include?+

Plans start at $99 a month for a visit of about one hour. Together we agree on a base checklist, such as the furnace filter, softener salt, smoke detector checks, doorknobs and light bulbs, and leave room for small extras when time allows. Materials like filters and salt are discussed with you separately, and larger repairs are quoted on their own.

Can you give me a price from photos?+

Often, yes. Clear photos and a short description let us estimate many small jobs remotely. Some work, like hidden rot, door frames that are out of square or anything behind a wall, needs a quick look in person first. When that is the case we will tell you plainly before quoting.

Do I have to sign up for the monthly plan to book a single job?+

No. One-time handyman jobs and punch lists are welcome. Send the details through the form and we will follow up.

Where do you work?+

Indianapolis and the surrounding Greater Indianapolis communities. Add your address in the form and we will confirm we can reach you.
