This is one of the best businesses I have had the pleasure to work with. They replaced my roof and gutters after the storm we had last summer. They were professional and we were always in communication during the process. They dealt with the insurance company as well, which was a huge help. The work was great and when they left they cleaned everything so well that you couldn't tell they were even there. They were patient with the whole process of getting payment from the insurance company.It's a top notch company. One of my neighbors even told me that they wished they had used them.

One of their “professional staff” in a Gemini General Contracting truck fully equipped with some ladders was weaving in and out of traffic at an excessive speed on I-465 Southbound on the East side at 7:00 PM on Friday 9/9/22. Nearly sideswiped a car while trying to go from far left lane to far left lane and back again. If their driving is anything like their services - dangerously in a hurry with no regard for others - I think I would pass on using this company.

I'd like to start this review with a disclaimer, I have not used this service and this is to get the attention of upper management on how their employees are operating their vehicles on the interstate. I was traveling South on 465 here in Indianapolis in the far left lane traveling roughly 65-69 mph, mind you speed limit on 465 is 55mph. All of a sudden I have a white truck on my bumper like a fly on soiled toilet paper. I'm like, wow! I'm not Sunday driving by any means, where's the fire. I put my hand up like, what's the rush, he motions for me to move right, which isn't an option as 465 is flooded with rush hour traffic. Your employer then decides he will hope to the far right lane to then jump back into the left lane , while barely missing a semi moving over as another truck was pulled off on the side of the highway for an emergency. The driver was a white male, maybe 30 ish years old with brunette hair. I caught the last 3 of the license plate which was 3RM, which I'm proud of myself for getting that much as he was driving at least 75-80 mph. This man is going to cause an accident that is going to either injure or kill himself or another person.

There were a few hiccups related to some interior work, however, if you are not satisfied they will make it right. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied, they aim to please. Quality work on the roof and gutter replacement. The house looks awesome.

Tony impressed us with following up on both the estimate and scheduling, and we didn't feel pressured to replace and add leaf guard to all of the gutters. The color match was perfect, and Mark stayed to get the job done in one visit. Price -wise, Gemini came in significantly lower than the roofing company we used last year.

I called Gemini to have them give an estimate on a roof leak. They were responsive for the initial call, had someone out to take pictures two days later and said they'd follow up with an estimate same day. Two weeks later I had not heard anything. Called to try and get an estimate, never got a response. Called again for an estimate a couple days later, and ended up getting a text message saying they couldn't accept the job at this time., no explanation as to why.

Driving home tonight on 465 (west side) and there was a guy in a Gemini General Contracting truck that had loud exhaust pipes and he was riding people in the fast lane nonstop. He was trying to intimidate and bulky people on the road. He literally had his bumper right up on cars! I wouldn’t want that person doing anything for me! I wouldn’t want that type of employee representing my company.

I reached out to Gemini solely based on their exceptional reviews so I feel it is my responsibility to share my review as well. The project manager (PM) was helpful to come out quickly and look at my roof when I had some shingles missing after a storm. He thought there was enough evidence to get my insurance involved and he met the adjuster on site and was helpful to get my roof replaced by insurance. I did have to follow-up with the PM to get my roof protected until the the roof could be inspected and new roof installed.The roofers worked fast and had the roof done in a day 6 am - 9 pm. The next day I found my attic covered in debris. We store items in the attic and everything was covered. The explanation I received was that it most likely came from them removing the roof with 2 layers and had come through the vents that were removed during that time. Basically an open hole for debris to enter my attic. If this is know, how about a heads up to get our stuff out of there ahead of time. It was a mess that will never be as clean as before but i spent 2-3 hours with my shopvac to get it done. I was given the advise to use a blower (and blow it where?). We also started finding nails everywhere (at least 50). On the driveway, in the yard, on the patio. I found two 6 inch gutter spikes. One in the yard and one on the patio. Took a week and several follow-up texts on my end to get "the magnet" out to my property.When the gutters were replaced, there was a lot of newly exposed trim to be touch-up painted. I had to reach out and get this scheduled again with several follow-up texts. Gutter installers could have stopped and allowed this to happen before hanging the new gutters or the PM could have stopped it as well. The PM said we was not on site during the gutter replacement so of course they got in and out as quickly as possible.I also had to follow-up to ensure they had filed all of the paperwork to receive the balance payment from insurance. They had not.After all was said and done, I reached out to see if Gemini would be interested in quoting work resulting from the inspection from selling our house. Sent over the inspection report, and the buyers requests after speaking to the PM. Never heard back. All in all not a super bad experience but also not a five star experience.

Had them replace roof, siding, and gutters on three of my rental homes in Broad Ripple. The communication they held between multiple renters and myself was nothing short of phenomenal. Had a great experience using Gemini. We had some siding needing replaced on our home and we found some rotting issues on some of the structure of the house. Gemini was very helpful from the start. All of our neighbors had their homes repaired from a storm that happened last year. We called our insurance company and they said we did not have any damage. We had Gemini out earlier this year to give us a quote on gutter guards. The representative, Tommy, gave us a quote for the gutter guards but while doing so informed us that we did have hail damage. He showed us pictures and to me it was clear as day. Tommy said we should have the insurance company come back out. I called my agent and asked them to do so. Eventually (it wasn't easy) I got them to come back out. Tommy met with the insurance inspector this time. They now paid for a new roof and new gutters. I'm so happy to have met Tommy.

Maury with Gemini was great to work with. He gave me an insulated vinyl siding quote this spring. I wasn't sure if it was something I ultimately wanted to do. He followed up with me periodically. (Not pestering) I decided to go with Maury's quote in October and have Gemini install the insulated vinyl siding. The crew was quick and courteous. Overall I am very pleased with the people and process.

Gemini was recommended to me by my realtor and specifically James Lee. I am so glad I kept looking around for someone I really felt I could trust to go ahead with some siding and structural framing replacement on our recently purchased home. I really enjoyed meeting with James. He was very informative and helped me understand why we were having the issues we were having. James gave me several options to choose from if we decided to move forward with them.Within a week work on our house began, I was very surprised with the quick start up and very thankful. Jeff worked on our house for about 4 days, several hours each day in the cold, sometimes a bit rainy and cold. He did an excellent job taking care of our home. never saw myself giving a roofing company a great score. I've replaced my roof twice (I live in Broad Ripple) since buying my house and Gemini is the best contractor I've worked with. I worked with Tommy and he was great. Most sales people have only one thing on their mind and are so convinced of their selling skills that they forget the main thing they should be doing which is listening. Tommy listened and clearly understood that his job was to help me. That's why I went with Gemini. His roof replacement crew was great. The crew worked hard and staid late to get the job done. I sat outside for a while and watched them and they did not mind at all. They just worked and cleaned up. I couldn't find a nail in the yard after they were done. Good job.

I researched for a company to replace my gutters and downspouts. I found Gemini through searching on the internet. Came across their site and they had a very nice section about replacing gutters. I basically gave them my info and that I wanted my gutters replaced. I got a quote within 4 hours. They didn't have to come to my house. The estimate was quick and well written. I thought it was a super easy way to choose a company for gutter replacement. I went with them. I was able to choose my gutter and downspout colors from their site. They did the job in just a couple of hours. Cleanup was great.

Gemini did a roof inspection for me in Speedway a couple of weeks ago. Maury came out. I loved the fact that this young man is in the army serving our country. He inspected my roof and was very honest with what he saw. He said I had wind damage to some of my roof but not all of it. He suggested I file a claim with my insurance company and I did. He also explained to me that they shouldn't pay for my whole roof because some of it did not have wind damage. My insurance company came out and Maury met with their representative. They covered exactly what he said they would and did not cover what he said they would not. I basically got half of my roof paid for but it's a bigger house and it was still very nice to get a chunk of it paid for. Maury gave me an estimate for the remainder of the roof and his numbers were fair and no more expensive than what the insurance company would have paid for. All in all my experience was great with Maury and Gemini.

Talked to the owner, James, and he was very friendly. They came out and inspected my roof to check for hail damage but didn't find anything serious. They said my roof was in good condition and shouldn't require any work for a while. I appreciated the honesty. Highly trustworthy!

I never realized how vastly different one company could be from another in price and presentation. We called 3 companies because we wanted to get a price quote on replacing our house siding with a better insulated siding. We did our research prior to and knew what we wanted. We just wanted someone to give us a quote and do the job. Out of the three one person said they would be here Monday. Never came. Never called. The other was a well known company that we saw on a tv commercial. They have you answer a bunch of questions before someone comes out. I'm fine with that. I'm in sales and understand the process. That guy shows up. He was nice but spent forever talking about the benefits of the siding we already knew we were installing like he's use to just starting from nothing and breaking someone down. We told him three times we already want the insulated vinyl siding and we just need a quote. He finally gave a us a quote. Very, very expensive. I don't know who would say yes to that. Then you have Gemini. A real person answered the phone. A real person scheduled a time with us to give us an estimate. His first question was "what are you looking for?" so we told him the insulated siding. He said fine and to give him about twenty minutes. He measured the house and went back to his truck. 10 minutes later he came to the door with a quote in hand as well as some samples. Their quote was half off the the other company's. We ended up using Gemini and they did great. We couldn't be happier.

We called Gemini for a quote on a siding repair. We currently have wood siding and saw that a pretty good sized section was rotted. Colin was the young man that came out. He pulled off a piece of siding to show me that it wasn't just the wood siding the was rotted but also a structural beam to the house. He took some pictures and got back with me that day with a quote to fix the siding and structural area. It was fair. They scheduled the work for the following the week. Jeff was the worker that worked on our home. Definitely a different kind of guy in a nice way. He was here for two days. Everything was fixed and looks great.

I had to have a piece a vinyl siding replaced on my home. Just one piece. I called several companies and no one would even come out. I found Gemini through their website where they had a great explanation as to why some siding repairs aren't as easy as someone like me would think.So I called them. I spoke with Angie. She asked if I could send a pic. I did and they were able to give me a quote for $250. I know it sounds like a lot for one piece of siding but they saw from the photo that the siding was most likely discontinued but the area where it was at was small. They said that to know for sure what the siding was they would have to send it to a company and pay over a hundred dollars to just figure out who made the siding and at that point it could still be discontinued or maybe I'd have to buy a minimum amount. For that amount they were confident they could find some in stock that was a close match and replace that whole small area instead of just trying to replace one piece.The job is complete. I thought the price was fair. I thought the explanation was great.

Guys were easy to work with. I had Gemini replace my roof, siding and gutters. I found them on Angie's List and I called several companies for bids. They responded quickly and gave me a bid for everything that day. They were the only contractor that did that. Two contractors have still never sent me their bids. So, I chose Gemini and I'm glad I did. The project took a couple of weeks. There were some communication glitches but I assume there always would be on doing a whole exterior of a house. Even with that I am very pleased with these guys (and gal as I spoke with Angie several times from the office).

My family and I have been in the same house for 23 years, and have gone through our fair-share of different roofing companies. We’ve been lied to multiple times, prices and contracts changing on us without communication or consent, to even being told things would get finished, but took 5 months later! We were referred by our neighbors to reach out to Maury at Gemini and let me tell you, we have never seen amazing service like this before. I have a home in Indianapolis that Gemini put on a metal roof for me. This was my second project with Gemini. The first one went well so I used them again. The head installer was Jeff. It took a bit to get the roof installed but couldn't be more pleased. I'd rather it take a bit and be done right.

I first called Gemini to replace a couple of missing shingles on my home in Fountain Square. I met with Tommy. He was very nice and well educated on his craft. He gave me a proposal to replace my missing shingles but also told me that I should look at having my insurance company take a look at my roof as the shingles weren't missing just because of age. I did. He helped me in the process. My insurance came out and said that the most of my roof was damaged from wind. Not all but I was still able to work with Tommy and replace my roof instead of just a couple of shingle tabs for a price that would be a lot less than what I would've had to pay. Very nice person to work with. I would recommend Tommy
