Quotes and estimates

All estimates provided through this website or by our team are preliminary and provided for informational purposes based on the details available to us. They are not a binding contract and are not binding until a written contract is signed. Pricing may change after an on-site inspection or once the final project scope, materials, and site conditions are confirmed.

Licensing and the work

All roofing and exterior work is performed by Gemini General Contracting's licensed and insured team and subcontractors.

The scope, price, warranty, and other terms of any actual work are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Gemini General Contracting before work begins.

Insurance claims assistance
